Do you take walk-ins?
You can walk-in without an appointment on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
How long will I be waiting?
If you have scheduled an appointment, as long as a critical case is not present, we try to stay on time. If there is a critical case in the office, you may wait longer than anticipated. If you are here as a walk-in, wait times vary depending on appointments and critical cases. You can call ahead and check on wait times.
When are appointments available?
We have appointments available 7 days per week. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday appointments are available one per hour during open hours. Mondays and Wednesdays appointments are available 9am to 1:30pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays appointments are available from 9-10am and 3-5pm. Since we have 5 doctors at the practice, sometimes we have other options available, call to see if we can get you in.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Wallet, Apple Pay, and Care Credit.
How does pet insurance work?
You should have pet insurance in advance before coming to the veterinarian, there are often wait times associated with pet insurance plans. Insurance processing differs by company. Some work off information you need to provide, others work directly with us. We can provide you with digital and/or printed records and our contact information depending on what you need.
What types of surgeries do you perform?
Typical procedures that we perform include dentals, mass removals, spays, neuters, medically necessary amputations, wound and laceration repair, cystotomy, splints and bandage placement, gastropexy, and foreign body removals.
